Grown on the steep slopes of Jaramillo, this lot comes from Hacienda La Esmeralda, the farm where Gesha was rediscovered in 2004. The Peterson family has spent decades refining how this variety is grown and processed, working the same land with the same founding principles.
Processed using a fully washed method, the cherries undergo controlled fermentation before being dried until moisture stabilizes.
