This lot is a single variety, Lini-S, from the Sultani Estate Cooperative in Gunung Puntang.
The 'Slow Drying' process, named for its extended duration, Intensifies the complexity of the
flavour. In the cup you will experience lively acidity, reminiscent of tropical mangoes,
complemented by a juicy mouthfeel and a finish of cacao husk tea.
